By using our website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
By accessing or using this website, requesting a service estimate, or entering into a service agreement with Victoria Asphalt Paving, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Victoria Asphalt Paving provides asphalt paving and related services including, but not limited to, asphalt sealcoating, parking lot striping, driveway paving, asphalt repair, crack sealing, pothole repair, grading, drainage solutions, and concrete curbing. Services are provided in Victoria, Texas, and surrounding communities.
All services are subject to the availability of materials, weather conditions, permit requirements, and other factors outside our direct control. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.
All estimates provided by Victoria Asphalt Paving are based on conditions observed at the time of the on-site assessment and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified in writing. Estimates are not final contracts.
Final pricing may change if site conditions differ from those observed during the estimate, if the customer requests changes to the original scope, if material costs change significantly between the estimate date and the start of work, or if additional preparation work is required that was not visible or apparent during the initial assessment.
We will notify you of any material pricing changes before work begins. You have the right to decline the revised pricing before any work is performed.
Scheduling is subject to crew availability, weather conditions, and material delivery timelines. We will provide a confirmed date and time window prior to the start of work. We reserve the right to reschedule any job due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will contact you as soon as possible when rescheduling is necessary.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed job, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled start may be subject to a fee to cover mobilization costs, as described in your written service agreement.
Weather-related cancellations initiated by Victoria Asphalt Paving are never subject to a fee.
Payment terms are specified in the written service agreement provided before work begins. In general, residential projects require payment upon completion. Commercial projects may be invoiced with net-15 or net-30 terms as agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods are listed in your service agreement. Late payments may be subject to a finance charge as permitted by Texas law. Unpaid balances may be referred to a collections agency or pursued through applicable legal channels after reasonable notice.
Deposits may be required for large projects or for projects requiring significant material purchases in advance. Deposit terms will be specified in writing before work is scheduled.
We stand behind our work. Any workmanship warranty applicable to your project will be stated in your written service agreement. Warranty coverage is limited to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. Warranty claims must be made in writing within the warranty period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Victoria Asphalt Paving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the services provided or the use of this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a service project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Victoria Asphalt Paving for that specific project. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for personal injury, death, or damage caused by our negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.
This website and all information on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy or completeness of website content. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or outcomes resulting from use of information on this website without first obtaining a written estimate and service agreement from Victoria Asphalt Paving.
We prefer to resolve disputes directly and amicably. If you have a concern with our work or business practices, please contact us first using the information in Section 11. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt non-binding mediation before pursuing litigation. Nothing in this section limits either party from seeking emergency injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction when necessary to prevent immediate harm.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms or to services provided by Victoria Asphalt Paving shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Victoria County, Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Material changes that affect your rights will be communicated via a notice on our website. Your continued use of our website or services after the revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance.
